SolarStat Pro is sold as a digital software license.

A 30-day trial version is available before purchase so customers can test the software before buying.

If you experience technical problems with SolarStat Pro, please contact support first so that we can help resolve the issue.

Refund requests are handled through Paddle according to Paddle’s buyer terms and applicable consumer protection rules.

Since SolarStat Pro is delivered as digital software with a personal license file, refund eligibility may depend on the purchase status, license delivery and applicable legal requirements.
